Start: September 2027.
What you will do
- Work with development teams building and improving Susquehanna's trading technology.
- Build stable, scalable, high-performance systems that process large amounts of data.
- Work with senior technologists who act as mentors from the start.
- Receive technical training in C#, C++, and Python, plus broader trading-technology education.
What Susquehanna looks for
- Graduating in 2027 from Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related STEM bachelor's or master's degree.
- Strong software development in an object-oriented language.
- Understanding of algorithms, data structures, and object-oriented design patterns.
- Strong problem-solving, curiosity, communication, and collaboration.
Interview process
Application → Technical Screen → Recruiter Interview → Technical Interview → Final Interview → Offer. Prior finance or trading experience is not required.
