What you will work on
- FPGA and systems design for ultra-low-latency trading applications.
- Networking, high-performance computing, and real-time acceleration.
- Hardware acceleration for trading, machine learning, and other algorithms.
What Jump looks for
- Undergraduate or graduate study in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- FPGA, hardware, or systems-design experience.
- RTL experience in SystemVerilog, Verilog, or VHDL.
- Previous hardware or low-level software internship experience.
- C, C++, and/or Python.
- Reliable and predictable availability.
Useful experience: CocoTB, Chisel, Bluespec, OpenCores, lowRISC/RISC-V, HLS or OpenCL, CPU/GPU or microprocessor work, Linux kernel or driver development, robotics, telecommunications, high-speed networking, Raspberry Pi or Arduino, computer architecture, digital design, verification, and Claude Code.
No finance or economics background is required. International students are encouraged to apply.
