About the opportunity
Programme: 10 weeks. Longer and off-cycle placements may also be considered. Interns work with a dedicated mentor and contribute production code.
What you will do
- Build and maintain data infrastructure and pipelines used across Jump.
- Work on data integrity, data pipelines, and database management.
- Contribute through the full development, testing, and release cycle.
What Jump looks for
- Strong Python development on Linux.
- Knowledge of data structures and threading models.
- Interest in data pipelines and database management.
- Ability to build efficient solutions to complex problems.
- Comfort with Claude Code.
- Reliable and predictable availability.
Useful experience: previous data engineering, algorithms and data structures, and Pandas.
No finance or economics background is required. International students are encouraged to apply.
